How long will delivery take?

It takes 3-5 working days depending on your location.

We dispatch all orders within 2 days from Monday to Friday except for sales and peak periods where this may take longer. In the event of any such exceptional circumstances occurring, we will contact you as soon as possible.

What if I refuse delivery?
Refused packages—and those that are not received due to negligence on the part of the recipient—are refunded once received by our warehouse, less the cost of shipping to and from the destination country, as well as any applicable duties and taxes.

Returns

What's your return policy?

You have 15 days to return any of the products that you have purchased starting at the date of receiving your package. You are responsible for the return shipping costs and we recommend to return the items with a certified postal service so you will be able to track your parcel.

What's the return process?

Email us and we'll send you a specific address to use for the return shipment. The costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer. You can ship with the carrier of your choice. For your safety, make sure to get a tracking number so that you are protected in the event of theft or loss during delivery to us.
